Rental Production
NNA's members have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of tax credit deals over the past 12 months and currently have several projects stalled or incomplete because of lack of capital investment.
NNA recently signed on to a national letter that recommends key changes to the LIHTC in order to adjust the Credit to today's economic environment. NNA and its national partners will be pressing these recommendations with congressional staff over the next few weeks as the Congress considers possible stimulus extensions.
